Nikos has over 25 years experience in the capital markets. In 1990 he co-founded Hellenic Securities S.A., which became the leading brokerage firm in Greece, where he was Executive Vice President for 10 years mainly in charge of Corporate Finance, Asset Management and the Research Department. After the acquisition of the company by Marfin Investment Group in 2000, he assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Marfin Hellenic Securities, member of the board and executive committee at Marfin Bank as well as other top tier positions in the group, such as Chairman of Marfin Cyprus Ltd. From 2006 onwards he is focusing on corporate finance and advisory services. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Silk Capital Partners, a boutique corporate Finance and Wealth Management Firm regulated by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
Nondas has over 15 years of experience. He started his career in 1997 as an auditor at Deloitte (Athens) and then moved to Hellenic Securities S.A., a leading Greek brokerage firm, where he worked as a senior equity analyst for four years. He then joined Investment Bank of Greece (subsidiary of Emporiki Bank-Credit Agricole) as Head of Equity Research, a position he held for nearly five years, supporting the investment arm of the group. Nondas holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Strathclyde University, UK, a postgraduate diploma in Business Analysis from Lancaster University, UK, a degree in Business & Finance from Southampton Solent University, UK, and he is a Certified Analyst by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. Nondas is a founding partner of SILK Capital Partners S.A.
